Red List

Eating and food are at the top of most Asians' conversation lists. We have a list of recommended restaurants in the major cities of Asia called the Red List.

We start with restaurants in Singapore – the city with very good and the most diverse variety of quality eateries. As a site that serves people who travel extensively and do business in Asia, we have grouped them in three categories. The first – Celebrating- lists fine dining places that are suitable for business entertainment and celebrations. Local Favourites are the sort of places favoured by locals and regarded as more appealing to a local palate; and the last would involve Casual (and often chic) eateries where one can kick back yet eat comfortably.

Please send any suggestions for the Red List to food@asiathisweek.com

In addition to restaurants, the Red List includes reviews of interesting restaurants in Asia appearing in newspapers; articles written exclusively for AsiathisWeek; and links to sites about food in Asia.
